The gas cryogenic air separation unit can produce high-purity gas, thanks to its working principle based on cryogenic distillation. In a low-temperature environment, the boiling point differences of the various components of air can be fully utilized. Taking the separation of oxygen, nitrogen and argon as an example, the boiling point of oxygen is -183°C, the boiling point of nitrogen is -196°C, and the boiling point of argon is -186°C. By precisely controlling the temperature and pressure in the distillation tower, different gases evaporate and condense at different stages, achieving efficient separation, and thus obtaining high-purity products.
