Advantages of Carbon Dioxide Recovery Plant

01/

The carbon dioxide recovery plant's constant process meets international food-grade quality standards. Our advanced carbon dioxide recovery plant provide high-purity CO2 for all industrial and food applications, according to our customers' specific requirements.

02/

The carbon dioxide recovery plant has a wide range of applications. The fully automated system accurately processes the CO2 produced during the fermentation process. The purified CO2 gas meets all food-grade utilization regulations and can be used in beverage and beer production. In addition to not having to purchase CO2, this additional measure also saves costs, as the beer only comes into contact with the CO2 produced by the brewery itself.

03/

Our carbon dioxide recovery plant use innovative and proven technologies in the field of CO2 purification and CO2 liquefaction, achieving economical operating costs.

04/

The carbon dioxide recovery plant is monitored and controlled via an advanced HMI control panel, allowing operators to ensure optimal performance and seamlessly navigate the complex CO2 recovery process with precision and environmental awareness.

Key Components of a Carbon Dioxide Recovery Plant

A Carbon Dioxide recovery plant consists of several key components designed to ensure the efficient capture, filtration, and reuse of CO2. These include:

Fermentation gas collection systems: Captures CO2 from the fermentation tanks.

Purification systems: Filters out impurities like water vapor and ethanol, Dimethyl Sulfide, Acetaldehyde, Ethyl Acetate, Mercaptans, Oxygen and other unwanted compounds.

Compression units: Compresses the CO2 for liquefaction.

Liquefaction units: Cools and Liquefies the purified CO2.

CO2 rectifying units: Removes incondensable gases as Oxygen, Nitrogen etc.

Storage tanks: Safely stores purified CO2 for later use.

Each component plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and usability of the recycled gas, ensuring that it can be used without compromising the brewing process.

Significant reduction in industrial carbon footprint, contribution to climate change mitigation efforts.

Carbon Dioxide Recovery Process

Carbon Dioxide Recovery Plant is consists of two adsorption tanks filled with drying agent molecular sieves to remove moisture from the gas. The carbon dioxide flows through one tank while the heater regenerates the other tank. After this, the gas passes through the drying unit of the CO2 Gas plant.

In the next phase, the liquid CO2 in a shell and tube heat exchanger and inert gases like Oxygen O2 and Nitrogen N2 are removed. All stages of purification in our carbon dioxide recovery will be precisely adjusted to the specific requirements, considering technological and financial aspects.

The first step in a CO2 Recovery system volume reduction in CO2 Gas in a two-stage compression. The fermentation carbon dioxide is compressed to one-sixteenth of the original gas volume with a dry-running piston compressor. After the CO2 compressor, the gas passes through the Deodorizer consisting of two vessels, substances influencing odour and taste are removed, with identical plant design. The only difference between the cleaner and the dryer is the filling with special activated carbon.

By compression and condensation, the storage volume is reduced to such an extent that temporary storage of even very large quantities of carbon dioxide requires little space. The compressed gas is liquefied in the condenser and then collected in a storage tank. The brewer can collect the gas produced during fermentation over several days and use it for the production process as required.

The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of the order.

Q: Can you produce according to customer requirements?

A: Yes, we can produce according to your requirements or technical drawings. We can make molds and fixtures.

Q: How is the quality of your products?

A: Our machines are strictly in accordance with national and international standards. We test every equipment before delivery.

Q: What is the ordering process?

A: (1) Inquiry --- Provide us with all clear requirements.
(2) Quotation --- Official quotation sheet with all clear specifications.
(3) Contract confirmation --- Provide correct contract details.
(4) Production --- Mass production .
(5)Transportation --- Sea.

Q: What is a CO2 recovery plant?

A: A CO2 recovery plant captures carbon dioxide emissions from industrial processes, prevents them from entering the atmosphere, and either stores or repurposes the CO2 for use in various applications.

Q: How can CO2 recovery plants contribute to the circular economy?

A: Captured CO2 can be repurposed into useful products like biofuels or building materials, creating a circular economy where carbon emissions are reused instead of being discarded.

Q: How does a CO2 recovery plant benefit the Internet and Technology sector?

A: CO2 recovery plants help tech companies reduce their carbon footprints by capturing emissions from energy-intensive data centers and repurposing the CO2, often resulting in increased energy efficiency and sustainability.

Q: Can I use a CO2 recovery plant to reduce emissions?

A: By capturing the gaseous CO2 produced during dry ice production and halving the consumption of LCO2, economic savings and emissions are achieved. The conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is significantly higher and the loss of unused CO2 is minimized.

Q: Can a CO2 recovery plant reduce my costs?

A: A recovery-plant (RRS) the reduces the amount of LCO (Liquid CO2), that is needed during dry ice production by around 50%. Especially in countries with a higher prices for LCO this is a huge economic advantage.
