Can the system be customized to meet actual production needs, such as adjusting product ratios or expanding production capacity?

Yes, the system supports customization. On one hand, the ratio of gaseous and liquid products can be adjusted according to the usage scenario, and an argon separation module can be added if necessary. On the other hand, the equipment adopts a modular design. What should be done if the purity of the produced gas decreases during system operation?

  1. Check if the multi-stage air pretreatment filter is clogged or aged, as impurities in the air will affect product purity. Replace the filter element promptly if necessary.
  2. Check the adsorbent in the system. If the adsorbent is deactivated due to moisture or contamination, it needs to be replaced regularly.
  3. Check the operating status of the distillation column. Abnormal temperature and pressure inside the column will affect the separation effect; relevant parameters can be adjusted through the intelligent control system.
