Air Intake & Compression
Ambient air is drawn in by an air compressor and compressed to the required pressure.

Cooling & Moisture Removal
After compression, air passes through coolers and moisture separators to remove water vapor.

Air Purification Unit
Molecular sieve dryers remove residual moisture, oil, and carbon dioxide.

Oxygen Separation (PSA Technology)
Two adsorption towers filled with zeolite molecular sieves selectively absorb nitrogen.

One tower produces oxygen

The other regenerates
Continuous switching ensures uninterrupted oxygen production.

Oxygen Storage & Filling
Produced oxygen is stored in buffer tanks, supplied to bulk storage, or filled into cylinders using integrated filling systems.
