NEWTEK's liquid oxygen manufacturing plant is based on advanced cryogenic separation technology and can efficiently produce high-purity liquid oxygen and gaseous oxygen products from air.
The plant uses advanced cryogenic distillation technology to liquefy air in an ultra-low temperature environment, and then separates oxygen from other gases through continuous distillation according to the different boiling point characteristics of each component. The entire process is strictly automated and operates stably and reliably.
Our cryogenic oxygen plant can produce liquid oxygen and gaseous oxygen products with a purity of up to 99.95%, fully meeting the stringent requirements for high-purity oxygen in industrial and medical fields. The plant has a compact design, low energy consumption, high degree of automation and easy maintenance.

Cryogenic technology is the only gas separation technology that can produce high-purity (99–99.95%) oxygen to meet factory requirements. The permissible purity of oxygen produced by membrane and adsorption units is limited to 50% and 99%, respectively.
