LNG power plants have many advantages. They use mature and reliable processes to ensure stable and efficient operation; the liquefaction process consumes very little energy and performs well in energy conservation and emission reduction. At the same time, they use skid-mounted equipment, occupy a small area, and the modular design facilitates flexible combination. When helping customers build natural gas plants, we provide full-process, high-quality solutions. After the raw natural gas enters the plant, it is first strictly filtered, separated, pressure-regulated, and metered, and then enters the pretreatment system. MDEA is used to remove carbon dioxide, molecular sieves are used to remove trace water, sulfur-impregnated activated carbon is used to remove mercury, and dust is filtered through precision filter elements to purify the raw gas in all directions. The purified natural gas enters the liquefaction stage, and the MRC cycle refrigeration process is used to complete a series of operations such as cooling, liquefaction, and denitrification in the liquefied cold box and plate-fin heat exchanger until the LNG product is separated by flash evaporation and sent to the storage tank. Our process solution covers raw gas pressure regulation and metering, purification, liquefaction units, as well as refrigerant storage, cycle compression systems, and LNG storage and loading units. From raw material processing to product output, each step is carefully designed to give full play to the advantages of LNG in saving storage and transportation space, high calorific value, and environmental protection, so as to create an efficient and reliable natural gas plant for customers.
The processing system of cryogenic LNG Plant includes
