LOX plant components
Air pretreatment system: including air filters, compressors, precoolers and other equipment, used to remove dust and impurities in the air, and perform preliminary compression and cooling of the air.
Purification system: mainly molecular sieve adsorber, used to deeply remove impurities such as moisture, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, etc. in the air.
Refrigeration system: usually using turbine expanders, throttle valves and other equipment to reduce the temperature of the air and liquefy it through gas expansion and refrigeration.
Distillation system: composed of high-pressure distillation towers, low-pressure distillation towers, etc., is the core equipment for separating oxygen from other gases.
Liquid oxygen storage and transportation system: including liquid oxygen storage tanks, vaporizers, pumps, pipelines, etc., used to store and transport liquid oxygen and deliver liquid oxygen to the user end.




LOX plant production scale
Small liquid oxygen plant: The output is generally less than tens of liters per hour, usually used in small medical institutions, scientific research laboratories and other places to meet small-scale oxygen needs.
Medium-sized liquid oxygen plant: The output is between tens of liters and hundreds of liters per hour, which can be used in some medium-sized industrial enterprises, hospitals, etc., and can provide liquid oxygen support for a certain scale of production processes or medical treatment.
Large liquid oxygen plant: The output can reach thousands of liters or even higher per hour, mainly used for large-scale industrial production, such as steel smelting, chemical production, etc., as well as to meet the large demand for liquid oxygen in large medical institutions, aerospace bases, etc.
